Design for the Surface Water Supply Project (SWSP), including over 55 miles of water line and two large pump stations, began in spring 2016 and design for the entire SWSP was completed in 2021. Project construction began in 2020 and is being completed in multiple segments which are a key part of our 2025 conversion program.
