Boulder Oaks Dr. will be closed to through traffic from Spruce Point Dr. to Fox Springs Dr. beginning Thursday, Feb. 23, 2023. The closure will last approximately one week. Crews will be installing a water line crossing Boulder Oaks Dr. within the project easement. During this closure, please use Addicks Satsuma Rd. to access Spruce Point Dr. and Blueberry Hill Dr. to access Fox Springs Dr.
