Segment 3 (CenterPoint Corridor)

Approximately 13.8 miles of 42-inch-diameter pipeline.

The Segment 3 waterline is a 42-inch waterline that extends approximately 13.8 miles from Segment C (84-inch Waterline) near Brittmoore Road to the NFBWA Bellaire Pump Station along CenterPoint Energy (CPE) easements and some private easements. Segment 3 is being constructed in six separate construction packages.

Segment 3 will provide water to both NFBWA and WHCRWA customers via the Bellaire Pump Station.

The Segment 3 projects S3A-2 and S3A-4 are complete, and segments S3A-1 and S3A-3 are almost complete. Construction of S3A-5 and S3B 1 will commence and be completed as a part of the overall 2025 conversion program.
